The Most Important Issues at the Present Time Are Humanitarian Issues and Prisoner Exchanges: Pashinyan

The trilateral meeting between Pashinyan, Putin, and Aliyev in Moscow has concluded.

“We are, of course, ready to engage in constructive work on this front (regarding more reliable security guarantees); however, as I have stated, unfortunately, it is impossible to resolve all issues in a single meeting. I hope we will make progress and I want to emphasize once again that the most important issues at this moment are humanitarian issues and the questions surrounding prisoner exchanges, as outlined in the eighth point of our joint statement from November 9,” Pashinyan said at the end of the meeting.
