Gunshots Reported in Various Parts of Stepanakert: Police Clarification

On January 11, at approximately 04:50, gunshots were heard in different parts of the city of Stepanakert. Officers from the Stepanakert City Department of the Artsakh Police detained two residents of Stepanakert from an area known as "Zarun Bagh," who, displaying a blatant disregard for societal norms and accepted moral and legal standards, fired shots from an automatic weapon in various locations throughout the capital.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated. The case is under the purview of the Stepanakert City Department of the Artsakh Police.
