The Bright Armenia Faction Delegation Meets Vitaly Balasanyan

The Bright Armenia faction delegation met with Vitaly Balasanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.

During the meeting, Balasanyan presented the post-war situation in Artsakh, as well as the steps being taken to address existing issues.
