A Story of a Backpack: Naira Zohrabyan
The MP from the Prosperous Armenia Party, Naira Zohrabyan, made a post on her Facebook page titled 'A Story of a Backpack'. In her post, she stated: 'Yesterday, a spokesperson for Nikol's party confirmed what many already knew. If in the pre-election list it were written instead of My Step members, 'Nikol's backpack', 'Nikol's shoelace', 'Nikol's handkerchief', 'Nikol's car's 7-inch key', 'Nikol's coffee machine's leg', then those useful items would receive more votes than the MPs nominated by Nikol's list.
And suddenly, do not let any My Step member try to convince themselves that the comparison with Nikol's backpack was solely and exclusively about Sofia Hovsepyan. No, dear My Step MPs. This is the case where self-training or Tibetan school self-inspiration rituals will not work. By the way, do not think for a second that the speaker operated independently. This idea was dictated to him by Nikol, who thinks exactly the same about each of you. The comparison with the speaker actually concerns each of you who might try to leave the 'My Step' faction tomorrow. From that moment on, you will become a much more useless object than Nikol's coffee machine.
To be honest, in some cases, I express my distinct disagreement and protest about the comparison made by the speaker. I do not agree that they are all Nikol's backpacks. Not all of them. There are genuinely honest people there who are currently in a hostage situation. And as long as they have not developed the famous Stockholm syndrome, where the hostage starts to develop tender feelings towards their captor, these people need to be rescued. And that few thinking individuals should at least now understand that for Nikol, their nominal value has never been more than his own backpack.
And you, proud citizens who voted for 'My Step', do not forget that by voting for this or that My Step candidate, you simply voted in favor of Nikol's backpack. I am not saying this. Nikol's party spokesperson is saying this. Therefore, long live the people who went and elected this backpacking authority.'
