48,241 Refugees Return to Permanent Residence in Nagorno-Karabakh

Russian peacekeepers have escorted another column of refugees who have returned to their homes in Nagorno-Karabakh from the territory of the Republic of Armenia. A total of 182 refugees were transported from Yerevan to Stepanakert by bus.
In total, 48,241 refugees have returned to their permanent places of residence in Nagorno-Karabakh. This information is reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The safe return of citizens to their permanent residences is ensured by the military personnel of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, humanitarian assistance is being provided, and the restoration of civilian infrastructure facilities is underway.
