Over 48,000 Refugees Have Returned to Artsakh, Reports Russian Defense Ministry

More than 48,000 refugees have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
As reported, 225 individuals from Artsakh were transported from Yerevan to Stepanakert in a single day. In total, 48,059 refugees have returned to their permanent places of residence.
The Russian peacekeeping forces are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their permanent residences, providing humanitarian assistance, and restoring civil infrastructure facilities.
Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the situation around the clock and overseeing adherence to the ceasefire regime, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
