Police forces are gathering near the Ministry of Justice building. Previously, reports had circulated that Nikol Pashinyan would make new concessions in Moscow; the document has already been secretly sent to the Ministry of Justice to align with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.

The press secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Lusine Martirosyan, addressed these reports on her Facebook page, stating that a document had been secretly sent for constitutional alignment. She noted, "Once again, there is an attempt to spread fake news under the guise of an anonymous Telegram channel."
