The leader of the LHK, Edmon Marukyan, writes on his Facebook page: "Today, we met with the President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Artur Tovmasyan. During the meeting, we discussed the humanitarian issues facing the Armenian population of Artsakh that require urgent solutions in the post-war period, as well as parliamentary cooperation matters."
