Aegean Airlines Resumes Flights to Yerevan

Due to the incursion of Azerbaijani forces and Syrian mercenaries into Artsakh, aided by Turkey, direct flights between Greece and Armenia, operated by Aegean Airlines and Wizz Air, were suspended. However, following the signing of a ceasefire agreement on November 9, Armenia is gradually returning to normal life, according to greekcitytimes.

Aegean Airlines will resume flights from Athens to Yerevan starting March 31, with discounted tickets available for purchase until January 11. The news agency has suggested that those seeking vacation outside Greece consider traveling to Armenia, as this also supports the economy and people of the country, who have been affected by the Azerbaijani incursion into Artsakh under Turkey's patronage.
