Ministry of Emergency Situations Announces Trust Hotline

Starting from January 11, the Ministry of Emergency Situations will operate a "Trust Hotline." Citizens can call the hotline at (010) 36-77-25 regarding any issues related to the system, available every working day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This new service will allow residents to submit their suggestions and observations concerning the ministry's activities, as well as to receive prompt and professional responses to the problems they raise.
