Mesrop Arakelyan Spends Pre-Holiday Day with Children of 'Children's House'
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Mesrop Arakelyan, and his first deputy Tatevik Stepanyan spent a pre-holiday day in the company of children, visiting the 'Children's House' on December 30.
Accompanied by the director, they toured the premises, learning about the conditions and the children's menu. After finishing a friendly table soccer match with the minister, the little ones moved on to opening their holiday gifts, after which they shared their dreams.
It turned out that one of the residents of the 'Children's House' aspires to be a future minister-footballer, to whom Mesrop Arakelyan promised to gift the national team jersey, while the others are still considering their career choices.
Although the children are surrounded by full care and attention here, during a conversation with the institution's director, the minister emphasized the importance of each child's right to live in a family, identifying it as a priority of the state's social responsibility.
Meanwhile, the ministry will continue to do its utmost every day to provide a loving and attentive environment for children in difficult life situations.
