Vladimir Putin Sends Congratulatory Message to Nikol Pashinyan for Upcoming Holidays

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Prime Minister's Office of Armenia.

His message specifically states:
