VIDEO: Newly Appointed Commander of NSS Hits Citizen, Ruben Melikyan

Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan has posted a message on Facebook indicating that the newly appointed commander of the National Security Service (NSS) has assaulted a citizen. The post states:

“In the picture, wearing green uniform, is the newly appointed commander of the NSS. His name is Sargis, and his surname is supposedly Yahya-zade. The camera captures him kicking a citizen who is peacefully protesting against the interests of his enemies that he serves. The video is below, at the 13th second.”
