Residents of Syunik Can Now Utilize Computerized Tomography at Kapan Medical Center

The Minister of Health of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, has announced that a computerized tomography (CT) machine donated by Armenian-American doctors has been installed at the Kapan Medical Center.

“When I was informed during the war that a CT machine would be donated to us by Armenian-American doctors, I quickly decided that there was the greatest need for this equipment in Kapan, and we chose to install it at the Kapan Medical Center. Today, the residents of Syunik can undergo computerized tomography not only in Goris but also at the Kapan Medical Center. The first examinations have already been conducted. Soon, it will also be possible to undergo CT scans in Kapan within the framework of state orders, according to the regulations set by the government,” Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page.
