Rescue Teams Not Allowed to Depart for Fizuli Today, Says Artsakh Emergency Service

The three teams conducting search and rescue operations from the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service were not permitted to depart for Hadrut today. This was stated by Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service, in an interview with NEWS.am.

"The search and rescue team was supposed to depart for Fizuli today, as per a prior agreement, but the Azerbaijanis did not allow us to conduct search operations there. Currently, search operations are taking place in Hadrut, Jabrail, Kubatlu, Zangelan, and near the village of Khndzoresk in the Syunik region," added Hunan Tadevosyan.

According to him, a total of 1,111 bodies of fallen servicemen have been identified so far. It should be noted that yesterday the Azerbaijanis did not allow three teams conducting search and rescue operations to enter Hadrut.
