Prisoners Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev Have Never Been Under the Jurisdiction of RA

Lawyer Tigran Atanessyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Today I received an official response from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia stating that Azerbaijani murderers, convicts Dilham Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev have never been under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia, and any inquiries regarding their extradition should be directed to the relevant authorities of the Republic of Artsakh.

PS: This means that the Azerbaijani murderers were handed over by the clown Araik Harutyunyan?"
