I Called Sisak to Retrieve the Bail Guarantee, Says Arsen Babayan

The member of the "Homeland" party political council, Arsen Babayan, wrote on his Facebook page: "A prominent representative of the government’s fake factory has published the text present in the attached photo. First, I reiterate my statement made today near the Arabkir police. If a criminal case regarding the incident involving MP Sisak Gabrielyan has been initiated under the article of hooliganism, then all the recordings testify that the only person who apparently committed the hooligan act, if such an act exists, is Sisak.

I particularly emphasize that I do not claim that what occurred is unequivocal hooliganism, rather that if the law enforcement agency finds hooliganism present, the sole perpetrator of hooliganism in that episode is Sisak Gabrielyan.

Regarding the personal guarantee provided to me, it has long been known to everyone that I have become a political prisoner under the direct instruction of the same Sisak Gabrielyan’s political leader and spent 22 days in prison. The change of my preventive measure, from detention to personal guarantee, was not requested by me from Sisak; it was also a decision and direct instruction from Sisak’s political leader, and with this, TRAITOR Nikol tried to save himself in the eyes of European partners.

It is noteworthy that the imposition of personal guarantees and the limitation of my rights was also completely illegal, as evidenced by the court's annulment of it. Incidentally, this morning I called Sisak precisely to notify him to go and retrieve the bail guarantee.
