Azerbaijanis Defaced and Decapitated the Statue of General Vazgen Sargsyan in Shushi

Azerbaijanis have defaced and decapitated the statue of General Vazgen Sargsyan in Shushi. It is noteworthy that Vazgen Sargsyan's brother, Aram Sargsyan, the president of the Republican Party, had previously addressed the issue of moving the statue from Shushi, stating that "when they take the bodies of our fallen children, the graves of previous war heroes, and the holy relics from Ghazanchetsots, I'm sure there will also be room in that vehicle for Vazgen's monument."

"And now Vazgen's grave is in Yerablur, and his house-museum is in Ararat," Aram Sargsyan declared.
