Artsakh Defense Army Releases Statement on Resumption of Hostilities

The Azerbaijani side continues to spread disinformation regarding an alleged attack by a "Armenian armed group" on an Azerbaijani Armed Forces unit that purportedly took place the day before. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has also released a statement on this matter.

As we stated a few hours ago, we reaffirm that throughout yesterday and up to this moment, no unit of the Artsakh Defense Army or any serviceman has participated in any operations, no extraordinary incidents have been recorded, and not a single shot has been fired from the Armenian side.

In this context, the statement issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense can only be qualified as a propaganda provocation. The Artsakh Defense Army continues to strictly adhere to the ceasefire regime.
