Applications Open for Two Compensation Programs for Hospitality Expenses

Many of our compatriots from Artsakh continue their temporary residence in Armenia, staying at the homes of friends, relatives, acquaintances, or simply strangers, wrote Mesrop Arakelyan, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

“Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to all the hosts for their exceptional care and support. Emphasizing public solidarity, the state is at least obliged to take part in this process, within the framework of which the government has approved two programs for the compensation of hospitality expenses, and the acceptance of applications has already begun. According to this, citizens who have hosted individuals from Artsakh will receive 30,000 drams per month for hosting one adult from Artsakh in their own residential area in Armenia, and 45,000 drams for hosting in Artsakh. It is necessary to fill out an electronic application and present passports without any requirement for contracts or other documentation,” the minister wrote.
