"Shushi Has Been Surrendered on Pashinyan's Direct Orders. There Is a Recording of That Conversation", Aram Gabrielyanov

168.am interviewed Aram Ashoti Gabrielyanov, a media magnate and journalist of Armenian descent, about the internal political situation in Armenia. – Recently, a recording of a phone conversation between the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, and former parliament member Ruslan Israelyan was made public, in which the President requests assistance from Pashinyan for more than 10 days, but it is still not provided. We also witnessed Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan's press conference, during which he made severe accusations against Armenia’s military-political leadership. Criminal cases have been initiated regarding both incidents, but still, after about 3-4 weeks, no charges have been filed against anyone. Why?

– Did you expect that Pashinyan or his team should be charged? Can Pashinyan say that he ordered the troops to fight? Of course not, he did not issue such an order. Will he say that he sent assistance to Artsakh? He did not! Let me put it more bluntly, Shushi was surrendered on Pashinyan's direct orders, and I am surprised why Arayik Harutyunyan does not say this directly. He is afraid and does not say it.

Of course, I believe that as soon as Pashinyan is removed from power, Arayik will immediately start shouting that yes, Shushi was surrendered by Pashinyan's orders. I am sure that there is a recording of that conversation, and I know there is a recording of the phone conversation where drunk Pashinyan curses and accuses the Russian leadership of everything during a conversation with Arayik. Everyone knows this.

– When did this happen?

– This happened when the Azerbaijanis had already begun to occupy positions in Syunik. He called Arayik. Everyone in Artsakh knows this. Arayik Harutyunyan is simply afraid to release that recording, but he has it. I believe that they know about this recording in Russia as well. Everyone knows that Pashinyan drinks from morning till night. I have written that he drinks a lot and is under the influence of strong psychoactive medications. Everyone knows this. They all tell me that Pashinyan will sue you. Let him, but he will never do it. Well, what are you waiting for... You know, the court will compel you to undergo analyses, and those psychoactive substances remain in a person’s blood for six months. Let’s get blood tests— me and you. I have no problem.

– What awaits us with Nikol Pashinyan?

– If Pashinyan remains for another 1.5-2 months, we can be sure that Armenia will be divided into several parts. It does not take great intelligence to understand this. Syunik will not forgive Pashinyan; that is for sure. What kind of negotiator is he, if they take what they want and he says nothing, remains silent? The village of Karmir Shuka, my mother's birthplace, was under our control. Before the peacekeepers could arrive, they surrendered that village, which had been held with blood, and also the village of Taghavard. Is this normal?

– What should the people of Armenia do?

– I guarantee you that if Pashinyan remains for another two months, the country will fall into a collapse, and Armenia will be divided into pieces. Right now, I am not even as worried about Artsakh as I am about Armenia because there are peacekeepers standing there, and the excellent politician Putin will never give Artsakh back. But this traitor will destroy Armenia. So let people think and make a decision.
