Artsakh's Emergency Situations Director Awards Russian Emergencies Ministry Staff on Professional Holiday

The Director of the State Emergency Service, Major General Karen Sargsyan, has awarded a group of employees from the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Disaster Management of the Russian Federation on the occasion of their professional holiday.

In the Ivanian community of the Askeran region, Deputy Director of the Emergency Service, Colonel Samvel Petrosyan, congratulated the Russian colleagues and presented them with awards based on the decree of Karen Sargsyan.

As part of the active cooperation, the Director of the Department of Rescue Units, Lieutenant General Igor Kutrovsky, was awarded the Emergency Service's "Cross of Honor - Noah" medal.

Additionally, the medals for "Cooperation for Rescue" were awarded to several personnel, including Colonel Vadim Garshen, Senior Sergeant Dmitry Kvortsov, Sergeant Evgeny Sopilnyak, Staff Sergeant Hamza Khambabaev, Sergeant Alexander Chernovolenko, and Junior Sergeant Alexander Shopavalov.
