Posthumous Award of Highest Title of Artsakh Hero to Rustam Gasparyan, Commander of the 'Black Panther' Unit

The former member of parliament and commander of the 'Black Panther' unit, Rustam Gasparyan, has been posthumously awarded the highest title of Artsakh Hero with the 'Golden Eagle' medal. The title was handed over to Gasparyan's relatives by Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan during a memorial event held in Armavir on December 25.

Previously, Rustam Gasparyan was posthumously honored with the title of Honorary Citizen of Armavir.

It is noteworthy that Rustam Gasparyan, the commander of the 'Black Panther' unit and former MP, was killed on October 17, 2020.
