Hadrut and Askeran Territories Will Be Returned, I Won't Open Parentheses – Vitaly Balasanyan

The Hadrut and Askeran regions, as well as other territories under the control of the armed forces of Azerbaijan, will be returned over time, stated Vitaly Balasanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, in an interview with Artsakh Public Television.

He emphasized that he is not giving hopes, but rather assuring that work will be carried out in that direction. Balasanyan also mentioned that there will be adjustments to the borders and clarification of the status of Artsakh.

“We have not lost; we have not fallen to our knees,” Balasanyan declared, adding that we will witness in a very short period what situation the Republic of Azerbaijan will find itself in.

“I won’t open parentheses; we will see what situation Azerbaijan will get into. As we say in Artsakh, we will have a show,” he noted.
