Sargis Hovhannisyan Appointed as Head of NSS State Protection Service by Presidential Decree

According to a decree by the President of the Republic of Armenia, Sargis Hovhannisyan has been appointed as the head of the National Security Service's State Protection Service.

‘Based on the Prime Minister's recommendation, in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 16.1, Part 1 of the Law on Ensuring the Security of Persons Under Special State Protection, Sargis Hovhannisyan is appointed as the head of the State Protection Service of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia,’ the presidential decree states.
