Lilit Makunts Files Lawsuit Against Garnik Isagulyan

The head of the ruling "My Step" faction in the Armenian National Assembly, Lilit Makunts, has filed a lawsuit against the president of the "National Security" party, Garnik Isagulyan, seeking compensation for damages to her honor and dignity.

According to "Factinfo," and based on the judicial information system "Datalex," the lawsuit was submitted on December 23 and has been assigned to the judge Grigori Vardanyan of the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction.

The political figure has recently made numerous revelations and scandalous statements. As early as September, he claimed that before the revolution, Nikol Pashinyan, Anna Hakobyan, Lilit Makunts, Arsen Khachatryan, and others often traveled to Tbilisi to meet, particularly with Azerbaijanis and Turks, through the US Embassy, and emphasized that the entire revolution was financed by Turkish-Azerbaijani money.

Isagulyan also stated, "Lilit Makunts personally tried to involve Andranik Hovhannisyan, a student at Slavonic University who speaks several languages, in this matter, but he, realizing what they were trying to draw him into, refused."
