Early Elections Are Armenia's Suicide: Vahe Hovhannisyan

After the capitulation, the biggest mistake that could be made for Armenia is early elections. This is stated by Vahe Hovhannisyan, a member of the Alternative Projects group. He specifically noted:

“Do not cling, do not provoke. After the capitulation, the biggest mistake that could be made for Armenia is early elections. This means at least 3-4 months of lawlessness in the country—dissolution of the current parliament, pre-election period, election of a new prime minister, formation of a new government, and the new government settling into its duties.

During this time, Azerbaijan will do whatever it wants, redrawing borders to its advantage, taking all important heights, roads, etc., negotiating with external players, and intensively developing its newly acquired territories with Armenia. Meanwhile, we will be busy satisfying Pashinyan's adventures.

Against the backdrop of a new wave of instability, the country's economy will collapse, and a financial and banking system collapse will become inevitable. And finally, those countries where elections were held, ignoring the risks of COVID, faced a sharp deterioration of the situation and thousands of deaths. Georgia is the most recent example.

Early elections are Armenia's suicide.

Note: The number of participants in the rallies has decreased over the days mainly for one reason: in the first days, in the winter cold, tens of thousands of people demanded decisive actions, which political opposition did not allow. Let us not forget that in recent weeks, the entire scientific, cultural, educational, spiritual, business, and legal communities of the country have demanded and continue to demand the resignation of a person who still considers himself prime minister.”
