Ashot Minasian's Arrest Decision Recognized as Unlawful

Do you remember that my complaint regarding the legality of Ashot Iron's arrest was rejected in the first instance? I filed an appeal against that decision. Today, the Court of Appeal, presided over by Judge Vardanian, overturned the first instance's judicial act, confirming the fact that Ashot Minasian's arrest was UNLAWFUL.
