Arman Tatoyan Travels to Moscow for the Return of Detainees

The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, is on a working visit to Moscow.
"The main purpose of the visit is to facilitate the return of our detainees held by the Azerbaijani side. Given the sensitivity of the topic, details of the visit and meetings will not be disclosed," Tatoyan announced on his Facebook page.
