National Security Service Issues Contact Numbers, Urges Drivers to Speed Through Target Areas
The National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia is advising drivers traveling the Goris-Kapan highway to pass through a 4 km stretch marked as a target zone swiftly. NSS staff are providing contact numbers and urging motorists not to stop while traversing this dangerous area. In case of capture, drivers are instructed to call these numbers, according to Mediaport.
