The Investigation Is Not Over: Movses Hakobyan Denies Prosecutor's Statement

Claims regarding the halt of replenishment and mobilization of the Armed Forces during the war have not been refuted, as far as I know, the investigation is ongoing. This was stated by the former head of the RA Ministry of Defense's Military Supervisory Service, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan, in an interview with 24news.

"I have not been informed that the investigation has concluded. There is no such thing," said Hakobyan.

Regarding the prosecutor's assertion that no recordings have been submitted by Movses Hakobyan to the investigation, the lieutenant general emphasized: "I cannot present the materials of the investigation. I am not allowed. They have requested documents from me, the case is underway, I cannot say anything."

It is noteworthy that today the RA Prosecutor General's Office released a statement informing that claims about the cessation of replenishment and mobilization of the Armenian Armed Forces during the war have been refuted by the investigation.
