Eight More Fallen Soldiers' Remains Discovered: Emergency Situations Service
As a result of search operations in the directions of Hadrut, Jabrayil, and Horadiz, the remains of eight fallen soldiers have been discovered. Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service, reported this during a conversation with NEWS.am today, December 22.
"Today, search operations continue in the mountainous forested areas of Hadrut, Horadiz, Jabrayil, and Shushi," mentioned Hunan Tadevosyan. According to him, a total of 1,047 fallen soldiers' bodies have been discovered so far.
It is noteworthy that as a result of the search and rescue operations conducted with the efforts of the Emergency Situations Service of the Republic of Artsakh, the Russian peacekeeping troops deployed in Artsakh, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, two civilians who had been missing for 61 days were found yesterday. They are a father and son from Hadrut, Mikael and Gegham Petrosyan. They are currently under the care of doctors.
