The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Gagik Surenyan, posted on his Facebook page: "On December 22 during the day, snow is expected in certain areas, and on the 23rd and 24th, significant snowfall is anticipated across most districts, with isolated heavy snowfall in mountainous areas and passes, leading to blizzard conditions. Black ice is also expected on the roads. Nighttime temperatures from the 25th to the 26th will gradually drop by 8-10 degrees," he wrote.
