Putin Considers Peacekeepers as Security Guarantee for Artsakh
Russian President Vladimir Putin has described the Russian peacekeepers deployed in Artsakh as a security guarantee. According to RIA Novosti, the President stated, "Russian peacekeepers have become a guarantor of security in Nagorno-Karabakh, risking their lives to restore the peaceful life of the region."
