The police did not fulfill Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's order to crush protesters' resistance. According to the @Mediaport Telegram channel, after visiting Sisian, Pashinyan did not go to Goris because, during his stay in Sisian, he instructed the police to disperse those blocking the roads using brute force, as well as to break up all types of gatherings in Goris.
However, the police categorically refused to carry out Pashinyan's order for widespread violence. After the police's rejection, Pashinyan had no other choice but to justify his decision not to go to Goris and Kapan with another manipulative statement, returning to Yerevan instead.
