The 27th edition of the Mikhail Voronin Cup, named after the Olympic champion, took place in Penza, Russia, featuring representatives from Armenia, including European Games champion Artur Davtyan and national team member Armen Petrosyan.

Artur Davtyan performed excellently in both the all-around and individual apparatus finals, securing 4 gold and 2 bronze medals. Meanwhile, Armen Petrosyan, participating in his first international competition after being discharged from the army, won 1 bronze medal.

In the all-around, Davtyan was unmatched, scoring 82.899 points and claiming the gold medal. His results in individual exercises were as follows:

  • Floor Exercise: 13.600 points
  • Pommel Horse: 14.000 points
  • Rings: 14.166 points
  • Vault: 14.400 points
  • Parallel Bars: 13.500 points
  • Horizontal Bar: 13.233 points

During the individual apparatus finals, Artur Davtyan became a gold medalist in pommel horse, vault, and floor exercise. The multiple champion of Armenia also earned two bronze medals in the finals for rings and horizontal bar, while Armen Petrosyan took home a bronze medal in the parallel bars event.
