Armenian President Araik Harutyunyan visited the Stepanakert city memorial to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers. This was announced on his Facebook page.

“Dear compatriots, In light of the three-day mourning declared in Artsakh and the Motherland, today I visited the Stepanakert city memorial to honor the memory of all our fallen heroes. My condolences to all their relatives. Their memory will forever remain alive in our hearts,” he wrote.
