Tigran Karapetyan Resigns from Mandate

Member of the NA 'My Step' faction Tigran Karapetyan has announced via a Facebook post that he is resigning from his mandate.

“Dear Syunik residents, I have submitted my resignation from the mandate of a member of the National Assembly. You bestowed this mandate upon me with your vote of confidence and your demand, and I am laying it down. I continue to believe that we will have a powerful defense industry and achieving that goal will be the meaning of my life. We do not have the right to despair. We must regain our strength and spirit and THRIVE. Syunik has been, is, and will be the backbone of Armenia. God bless the Republic of Armenia,” he wrote.
