President of Artsakh Expresses Hope That Hayk Khanumyan Will Honorably Fulfill His Duties
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, visited the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development on December 18 and introduced the newly appointed minister, Hayk Khanumyan, to the staff.
The country’s leader emphasized that this appointment comes at a time of great responsibility for the republic, expressing hope that the new minister will be able to honorably fulfill the tasks set before him.
President Harutyunyan thanked the former minister, Zhirayr Mirzoyan, for his diligent work, noting that he was unable to attend the meeting due to health issues.
“There should be no political subtext in Hayk Khanumyan’s appointment. The challenge set before our country in this critical phase is to unite existing resources and provide rapid and effective solutions to pressing socio-economic issues. In this sense, the functions of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development are substantial, and thus expectations and hopes are high,” the president stated.
Expressing gratitude for the trust, Hayk Khanumyan assured that all efforts would be dedicated to implementing the planned projects as soon as possible.
