Hayk Khanyan Appointed as Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh
The president of the "National Revival" party, Hayk Khanyan, announced on his Facebook page: "Dear ones, I have been appointed as the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh today. A significant part of the post-war recovery burden of Artsakh rests on the shoulders of this ministry. I am serving with full responsibility and expect all of your support," he wrote.
