Crisis Has One Solution: Dismissal of Inept Managers and Inclusion of Quality Personnel, Suren Sargsyan

The head of the Armenian Center for American Studies, Suren Sargsyan, made a post on his Facebook page addressing the existing crises in the country. The post is as follows:

“Our crises:

1. Political crisis already exists: Over time, it will deepen and intensify. I will refrain from using the term civil war, but I do not recall such a dosage of hatred and intolerance in our history. The clashes and retributions will be the minimum of what is to come.
2. External political crisis will be a new crisis for us: It will form considering new regional realities, the increase of Turkey's regional influence, our diminishing subjectivity, our security priorities, and other factors.
3. The economic crisis is already present: Only the banking system resists, thanks to having good foundations. However, it will not last long. There will be no external and internal investments. The market will not grow, and we will no longer be interesting to anyone. The economic damages are catastrophic.
4. The moral-psychological crisis will deepen immeasurably: There will be no retreat. The pandemic and closed borders will hinder emigration, but that is also just a matter of time. We exist neither morally nor spiritually. The nation is not asleep. At night, when one enters Facebook, everyone is online and depressed.

All of this has one solution: the removal of inept managers and the inclusion of quality personnel in all sectors. If, of course, it is not planned to handover Armenia to the enemy and end it all...”
