Completion of the 6th Confidential Report on the Atrocities Committed by Azerbaijani Armed Forces Against Armenian Prisoners and Bodies of the Deceased – Armenian Human Rights Defender

We have completed the 6th confidential report on the atrocities and inhumane actions of the Azerbaijani armed forces against Armenian prisoners and the bodies of the deceased. This was announced by the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted, “This is only the 6th report regarding torture and atrocities. It pertains to the period from December 2 to December 16, 2020. In this report, all acts of cruelty and war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces are documented with concrete evidence. All of this was perpetrated solely because the captured individuals are ethnically Armenian. This is also the result of a systematic policy of anti-Armenianism at the state level in Azerbaijan.”

The report serves as another collection of evidence and analyses confirming Azerbaijan's policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide in Artsakh using terrorist methods.
