The Issue in Hin Shen is Not Fully Resolved: Tigran Avinyan
There has been some tension in the community of Hin Shen. As of now, inter-district communication is in place. This was announced by Tigran Avinyan, the presiding official at the government meeting.
"The issue is not fully resolved, but Russian peacekeeping forces are also stationed in that area. We expect that a final resolution will be achieved in the near future," he stated.
