Russian Sappers Clear 195 Hectares of Unexploded Ordnance in Nagorno-Karabakh

In Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian sappers from the Humanitarian Demining Center have cleared 195 hectares of land and 60 kilometers of road from unexploded ordnance and shells.

A total of 405 buildings have been inspected to locate unexploded munitions. More than six thousand explosive items have been discovered and neutralized.

The hotline for gathering information about missing servicemen and civilians, based at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, has received over 490 phone calls.
