During today’s government session, the Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan spoke about the incident that occurred in Khtsaberd and the individuals who are likely to have been captured. He stated, “The information is currently being clarified. The Chief of General Staff Onik Gasparyan is in Artsakh today to understand the solutions on this and other issues and to hold discussions.” There are also conversations regarding this matter with the Azerbaijani side, and we expect a resolution in the near future.
