Electricity Supply Fully Restored in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian Defense Ministry Reports
The electricity supply system in Nagorno-Karabakh, which was restored with the assistance of Russian peacekeepers following the military operations, has been fully reinstated, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
“With the help of the peacekeepers, the electricity supply system has been completely restored. For this purpose, 18 km of power transmission lines and the renovation of 50 support structures have been undertaken. Uninterrupted electricity supply has been resumed to 24 locations with a total population of over 12,000,” the report states.
In addition, peacekeepers have delivered humanitarian packages containing food and essential items to several hundred families in the village of Khnapat in the Askeran region.
