Ten Family Members of Missing Soldiers Accepted at Defense Ministry, Others Waiting Outside

The situation outside the Ministry of Defense remains tense. Family members of missing soldiers are demanding a meeting with representatives from the ministry. They are regularly arguing with police officers stationed beyond the gates.

One police officer informed the relatives of the missing soldiers that Police Chief Vahe Ghazaryan is also inside the Ministry of Defense. Some parents beyond the gates reported that 10 of their number are currently meeting with Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Chief of Staff Onik Gasparyan. The other parents have been advised to wait patiently until the conclusion of the meeting.
