Questions for the President of Artsakh: Tigran Abrahamyan
The head of the "Henaket" analytical center, Tigran Abrahamyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Since the live broadcast of the President of Artsakh has been postponed for a couple of hours due to technical reasons, I take this opportunity to pose several questions, hoping that he will address them in the upcoming live session.
First, what is the status of the two villages in the Hadrut region, Khzraberd and Hin Tagher, under whose control are they, and what fate awaits them?
Second, what fate awaits the villages in the Shushi region that were under our control as of November 9, including Lisagor, Yeghdzahogh, Kirsavan, Hin Shen, and Mets Shen?
Third, how many people have died, been wounded, or gone missing as a result of Azerbaijan's actions in that direction over the past week? What discussions or agreements have you had with the Russian side, if such dialogue exists, and what has the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces communicated on this subject?
Fourth, who or what individuals are responsible for the current situation, and what are the plans to address it?"
