One Simple Question the Authorities Have Yet to Answer: How Many Missing Persons Are There? Abrahamyan
One simple question the authorities have yet to answer: how many missing persons are there? This was stated on his Facebook page by Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the 'Henaket' analytical center and former advisor on security issues to the president of Artsakh.
'Since November 9, when the situation has been considerably calmer, and even soldiers have had the opportunity to take short leaves, it is assumed that information regarding deaths, missing persons, and injuries has already been received in military units and recruitment offices and has been communicated to the Ministry of Defense and the government.' The statement continues, 'In simple terms, it is already clear who is missing from the ranks. The number of wounded is evidently known; it would not have been difficult to confirm this in the meantime. The number of captives is still being clarified, as Azerbaijan does not confirm the capture of everyone.'
