Housing Prices Fluctuate Across Various Regions in Armenia

In the Kotayk province of Armenia, housing prices have increased. According to the newspaper 'Zhoghovurd', sourced from official data, while prices have decreased in some regional cities of Armenia, they have risen in others. Notably, in certain regional towns, housing prices have remained stable.

For instance, in September of this year in the town of Abovyan, the price per square meter rose from 187,000 AMD to 188,300 AMD in October. In Nor Hachyn, also in the same province, the price increased by 1,200 AMD, from 130,000 AMD in September to 131,200 AMD in October. In Yeghvard, the increase was 500 AMD, while in Hrazdan, it rose by 1,000 AMD, and in Charentsavan, by 900 AMD. Meanwhile, in the tourist town of Tsaghkadzor, the price per square meter climbed from 280,000 AMD to 281,300 AMD.

In Gyumri, considered the homeland of Armenia, the price of housing increased by 500 AMD, with the square meter priced at 103,000 AMD in September and 103,500 AMD in October. In the city of Armavir within the Armavir province, housing prices decreased by 900 AMD, while in Etchmiadzin, the price per square meter remained unchanged at 160,200 AMD in both September and October.

Price reductions were noted in Vanadzor, Stepanavan, Alaverdi, Goris, Hrazdan, Yeghnadzor, Vayk, Ashtarak, and Aparan. Conversely, in Artashat, housing prices per square meter moved from 128,000 AMD in September to 128,500 AMD in October.
